Huan (Mike) Qi is the Service Delivery Manager and Account Delivery Manager at Hewlett-Packard Enterprise Services.
Career History
Mr. Qi has been working at HP since 2006 as an Account Delivery Manager. In 2011, he was made the Service Delivery Manager. Prior to joining HP, he was the Business Development Manager at CNNIC for one year. From 2004 to 2005, he was the Incident/Escalation Manager at GE Healthcare. Mr. Huan has also been a System Analyst at Philips Broadband Networks Inc. At the beginning of his career, he was an SQA Engineer at Cabletron Systems.
He participated in The Second International Conference on Intelligent Computing.[1]
Education
Mr. Huan holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from Syracuse University - L. C. Smith College of Engineering and Computer Science. He has a B.Sc. in Computer Information Systems from Southern New Hampshire University.[2]
