Peter Lenda works for the Department of Strategy, Network Addresses and Security, for the Norwegian Post and Telecommunications Authority.
Lenda has worked on various aspects of Norwegian Internet regulatory policy; and has attended the GAC as legal advisor for the Norwegian delegation. He has been involved in Internet policy since 1998, and GAC meetings since 2004.
Peter is based in Oslo, Norway.
