Karen Bernstein is the Principal of Bernstein IP, an intellectual property law firm in New York City. Karen's practice focuses, among other things, on Internet law and New gTLDs. Bernstein IP helped clients apply in the first round of the New gTLDs and represented them in contention sets in 2012 before WIPO and the International Centre for Expertise.

Karen served on the SubPro on the Application Guidebook (AGB) for the second round of New gTLDs, which looked back at the policies set forth in the first AGB. She is also a member of INTA and the Intellectual Property Constituency.
