Kathleen Scoggin is a researcher and administrator at the Tech, Law, and Security Program at the American University Washington College of Law. Her main area of focus has been digital accessibility and best practices as well as children’s safety.

She is a Global Youth Ambassador for ISOC, a former ICANN79 Fellow, and fellow for ICANN80. Additionally, she is a member of the NARALO Individual Association at ICANN, a member of the planning committee for the North American School of Internet Governance, heads efforts for Universal Acceptance at American University, and is a member of the IGF USA Steering Committee.

She has been elected as a NARALO delegate to ALAC for 2024-2026.
