He has also been intimately involved in dozens of public offerings, mergers and acquisitions, both domestic and international. Ammar holds a Juris Doctorate from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles, where he was a writer and editor for the school's Law Review journal, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of California at Los Angeles.
