Belaid Nouar is the Telecom Engineer at Ministry of Economic and General Affairs, Department of Post, Telecommunication and Information Technology. He has also worked with DEPTTI
He seconded Yaovi Atohoun for NomCom Delegate of Africa in 2009.[1]
