Andrzej Bartosiewicz is CEO at Yonita Inc., an offshoot of Yon Consulting, which he co-founded in 2010. He was previously a Member of the Board of CENTR, having served as Chair from 2006 to 2010. From 2001 to 2010, he was Director of the .pl registry, NASK.[1] He is a Member of ICANN's Incident Response Working Group.

Bartosiewicz served as Head of Delegation of the Polish Government to the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) and Chairman and Rapporteur of the ITU-T Study Group from 2005 to 2009. He was also a Member of the Domain Arbitration Committee at the Polish Chamber of Informatics and Telecommunication from 2002 until 2003.[2]

Andrzej earned a PhD in Computer Science from the Warsaw University of Technology in Poland.[3]

Mr. Bartosiewicz is a member of Mensa.[4]
