Vincent Hsu is a Supervisor at Net-Chinese Co., Ltd. He has been working there since 2009. His responsibilities include regulation in China and Taiwan, and introducing new .cn services to the Taiwan market. He also works with the domaining confernce that is hosted by Net-Chinese.

He's been playing and following baseball for over a decade; he roots for the Yankees in America and the Brother Elephants in Taiwan.
