Alexander Panov
Alexander Panov, managing partner of the Hosting Community Group, the General Director of the registrar RU-CENTER[1]. He graduated from the Faculty of Physics in the Lomonosov Moscow State University. In 1995 he joined the company Garant-Park-Telecom, where he started working as a system engineer and after some time became a CEO of the company. In 2010 Alexander Panov became one of the managing partners of the Hosting Community Group - Russia's largest association of hosting providers and domain registrars. In 2010 Alexander Panov received the master's degree in MBA. Nowadays he is actively involved in ICANN meetings.
