Dr Christopher C Nwannenna is a product Universities of Nigeria, Leeds, and Sheffield Universities where he obtained the degrees of Bsc, Msc and PhD respectively. His studies spanned through Statistics, Computers and Operations Research. Dr Nwannenna was a pioneer lecturer in Computer Science at the University of Port Harcourt where he taught for a number of years before going to the IT industry. He is currently the Chief Executive of Condata Systems Limited, a software development and services company currently developing multimodal biometrics registration applications.

Dr Nwannenna was the President of Nigeria Computer Society (NCS), the umbrella body of all IT professionals in Nigeria, from 2003 to 2007.
