Rachel Pollack Ichou is an Associate Programme Specialist in Freedom of Expression and Media Development at UNESCO. A former NextGen@ICANN participant and NextGen Ambassador, she has contributed to ICANN's cross-community work related to diversity and to human rights. Rachel has also actively participated in national, regional and international forums related to internet governance, including the IGF, EuroDIG and WSIS follow-up. She is a graduate of Harvard University, the Oxford Internet Institute at the University of Oxford, and the École des Hautes Études en Sciences Sociales.
