Pamela Chogo is an Assistant Lecturer working with the Institute of Accountancy Arusha, she is a trainer in various subjects in Information Technology, Business Management and Community Development. She has been working with the Institute for 10 years her major responsibilities being lecturing, supervising students in research and projects, conducting research and consultancy work. She is a multi-discipline skilled person in Information Technology areas specifically in Information systems and computer networks with interest on systems analysis and design, web design, e-commerce, Internet governance, E-government, ERP, CRM, Ethical issues in computing, mobile money and networking. Other areas she is also skilled are on management, customer service, Micro enterprises, Development studies, Research Methodology, Project Management She holds Masters in Community economic development, MSc Information Technology and Management, Advanced Diploma in Information Technology and Diploma in Information Systems Management.
