Amicia Mussenden is an Economist with over 23 years experience in public policy analysis, strategic planning and project management in the public sector. She currently holds the position of Director of Technology in the Department of Technology, Ministry of Justice, Legal Affairs and Communications, Government of St. Kitts and Nevis. Mussenden is also a Commissioner of the National Telecommunications Regulatory Commission in St. Kitts and Nevis. She is knowledgeable about Internet governance, ICT strategy and is actively involved in promoting the development of the tech sector in St. Kitts and Nevis.

Mussenden is also a Digital Marketing Strategist specializing in Web/Email/SEO Copywriting.

Governmental Advisory Committee. Considers and provides advice on the activities of ICANN as they relate to concerns of governments, particularly matters where there may be an interaction between ICANN's policies and various laws and international agreements or where they may affect public policy issues (ICANN Bylaws).
