Viviane Vinagre is a Law student Universidade Federal da Paraíba (UFPB). Is member and secretary of the Grupo de Estudos de Direito da Internet (GEDI), UFRN's only institutionalized Internet Governance group, and of LABIRINT LoFt, a UFPB's research group about Law and Technology. Viviane is also part of ICANN NCUC and is an active member of the Youth Observatory, a special chapter of Internet Society.
She was a fellow at the SSIG 2017 and at the CGI.br's project Youth@ForumBr at the brazillian version of IGF. Has attended the IGF João Pessoa on 2015.
