Roxanne John is a public servant with the Government of St.Vincent and the Grenadines since September 2003. She currently manages a World Bank-funded regional ICT programme-Caribbean Regional Communications Infrastructure Program (CARCIP).

She obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in Economics (with honours) at the Cave Hill Campus, Barbados and holds a Master of Arts in Economics (with merit) from McGill university, Canada.
Affiliation[edit | edit source]
She is the founder and president of Internet Society St. Vincent and the Grenadines Chapter.[1] An ARIN39 fellow for ARINI 39 meeting held April 2017 in New Orleans[2] and ICANN60 Fellow for ICANN public meeting held October 2017 in Abu Dhabi.[3]

Her interest is internet governance, internet exchange point (IXP), internet security. She is a member of ICANN At-Large public interest working group.[4]
