Victor Oppenheimer has been a Senior Manager of Contractual Compliance at ICANN since August 2012, where he conducts risk and gap assessments, designs and implements the contractual compliance programs for Internet Registries, and leads a team that enforces agreements with Internet Registries.[1] He has over ten years of experience in leadership roles, and with establishing and developing ethics and compliance programs with organizations such as Abbott Laboratories in Puerto Rico and the Puerto Rico Health Insurance Administration.[1]
Oppenheimer is a regular ICANN attendee, and as of ICANN 51 in Los Angeles, has attended more than four ICANN Meeting![2]
