Career History

Before joining ICF, Renard was an engineer for the Army Research Lab from Jul 2012 – Jul 2015.

Education

Renard has a B.S. and an M.S. in electrical engineering from the University of Pittsburgh and The Johns Hopkins University, respectively.

Root Server System Advisory Committee. Advises the ICANN community and Board on matters relating to the operation, administration, security, and integrity of the Internet's Root Server System (ICANN Bylaws).
