'''At-Large-Structures (ALSes)''' are independent and self-supporting organizations within [[ICANN]]'s [[At-Large Community]], which aims to represent the voice of individual Internet users all over the world. ALSes provides an avenue for every Individual internet user to take part in all the issues discussed within ICANN.

'''At-Large-Structures (ALSes)''' are independent and self-supporting organizations within the [[ICANN]] '''At-Large Community'''  which represents the voice of individual internet users all over the world who actively participates in the policy development of the internet governing body. ALSes provides an avenue for every individual internet user to take part in all the issues discussed within ICANN such as introduction of new generic top level domain names, transition of the current internet addressing system from from [[IPv4]] to [[IPv6]] and many other issues. 

The [[ALAC|At-Large Advisory Committee]] (ALAC) is responsible for evaluating, processing and certifying the applications of any group that are interested to  become an At-Large Structures after the criteria set forth by ICANN for ALSes is met.<ref>[http://www.atlarge.icann.org/correspondence/structures-app.htm At-Large Framework Formation]</ref> At present, there are more than 120 ALSes worldwide.
