The ASO AC elects two members to the [[ICANN Board]].

Consistent with the ASO Memorandum of Understanding and ICANN Bylaws, the Address Supporting Organization Address Council (ASO AC) is responsible for appointing Seats, 9 and 10 to the ICANN Board of Directors.

[[Ray Plzak]] was re-elected in 2012. He was up for reelection but also faced competition from [[Eric Brunner-Williams]], [[Martin Levy]], and [[William Manning]].
