Mr. Akplogan has more than 15 years experience in the Internet Technology environment. He was previously the Advisor for Internet Governance Forum at United Nation Organization. He has also served as the director at CAFENet, which is an IT service company in Togo. He was the IT Director at Symbol Technologies from 2001 -2003.
