He was the executive secretary of the Working Group of Internet Governance ([[WGIG]]) in Iran during the years 2004 and 2005. He has also been an adviser to the Supreme Council of [[ICT]] for [[ICANN]] outreach in Iran, and has been an active member of several committees engaged in the promotion of and conducting research upon Internet Governance in Iran.
