Allan Skuce is the Owner of Vision Information Systems, a company he has been running for over 20 years. He has been VP of the Board and Chair of the Finance Committee at H.O.M.E. Security since 2009, and a member of the Executive Board at Vibrant Abbotsford since 2003. He has been Board Director for the Pacific Community Network Association since 1995 and is an ALS Representative at NARALO for the Pacific Community Networks Association.[1]

He was awarded Volunteer of the Year 2008 for Abbotsford, and has been volunteering with community networks, Linux user groups, and similar things for many years.[2]
