Amadeu Abril i Abril teaches European Union Law, Competition Law, and IT Law at ESADE Law School, Ramon Llull University in Barcelona. He also serves as a secretary to the Competition Law & Policy Section of the Barcelona Bar where he was admitted in 1985. [1]
He has played a great role in the DNS reform process which resulted in the existence of ICANN [2]
Career History
- He worked at the European Commission’s Directorate General for Competition Policy from 1986 to 1988. [3]
- DNSO selected him for the ICANN Board, his term started in 1999 and ended on 26 June 2003. [4]
