Andre Rocha is the current CEO of i9 Marketing in Brazil, and has been involved with ICANN since participating in the consultation of the WIPO Internet Domain Name Process, which was held in Brazil in 1999.
Rocha has since been involved with the ICANN by formally attending his first meeting in 2003 in Rio de Janeiro, and was also a presenter at the Mar del Plata Meeting in 2005, as well as the Sao Paulo Meeting in 2006.
