Anju has been the Information Specialist at the Land Resources Division in the Secretariat of the Pacific Community. She has been the Chairwoman of the [[PICISOC]] Women in ICT Special Interest Group.<ref>[http://www.wfeo.org/women/wfeown.html wfeo.org]</ref> For two years, she served as a board member of PICISOC. She does a lot of work to help and increase the partcipation of women, youth, and people with disabilities, who are amongst the most neglected groups in [[ICT]].<ref>[http://www.isoc.org/pubpolpillar/igfambassadors/alumni.php?id=9 isoc.org]</ref>
