Mr. Browne has served on the [[ISOC]] - South Africa's board as a committee member in charge of membership and was a part of the drafting committee set up by ISOC ZA to resolve [[.za]] namespace issues. He started working in the 90's while he was working as his certification as an accountant. Around 1993, he started implementing large scale Unix based accounting, MRP and logistics based Information Systems.
