Cecil Omar Almonte is a Web Developer & Graphic Designer for the United States Coast Guard.[1] He also works as an Independent Freelancer.
Earlier in his career, he was a Web Developer at Nic.pr.
Education
He studied Fine Arts at the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus and at Centro de Adiestramiento y Bellas Artes (CABA).[2]
