From 1995 to 1999, he led customer service in support of Network Solution’s Internet domain name registration services. During this time, he saw staff grow from 25 to 220 and the number of domain registrations grow from about 135,000 to over 3.4 million. Previously at Network Solutions, Mr. Gomes managed various programs and projects involving delivery of technical services to U.S. state and federal government agencies. Projects ranged in scope from data center construction and equipment/software procurement to computer center operations, training and information center support.
