Mr. Conrad has been working in the Internet Industry since 1983. From 1991-1998, he lived in Japan and he was the Seventh Employee at Internet Initiative Japan ([[IIJ]]). IIJ was one of the first commercial [[ISP]]s of Japan. He founded the Asia Pacific Network Information Center ([[APNIC[[) and served there as a Director General from 1993-1998.
