Eberhard Blocher is the Director of European Operations (based in Cologne, Germany) of East African Home Pages, consultants for Tanzania, Kenya, and Uganda.[1] He is also serving as Sales Director at Redvers Consulting Ltd.[2]
Eberhard, born 1965 in Germany, is graduate of Economics (Dipl.-Volkswirt) from University of Freiburg, Germany. His specialties include business development, business consultance and IT and the domain industry. He has regularly participated in different international events and meetings about the domain industry including ICANN, ALAC, etc since 2005.

Career History
- From 1996 to 1997 he worked as an Agency Intern at Kölner Wirtschaftsfachschule.
- He worked as a System Analyst for Busy from 2001 to 2002.
- He founded the East African Home Pages KG in August 2002 and has been working as the Director of European Operations since.
- In 2003 he joined Redvers Consulting Ltd as a Sales Director.
