Eddy Kayihura is a Technical Advisor to the Rwanda Information and Communication Technology Association.[1] The organization wishes to run the ccTLD of Rwanda, and is currently in the repatriation process with IANA.

Earlier in his career, he was an ISP and Landlines Service Manager at Rwandatel. He was a Volunteer at AfNOG 2008.[2] He is particularly interested in DNSSEC and IPv6, and his involvement with the SSAC, at ICANN 42 in Dakar, has inspired him to research and learn more though the RFC series.

Fun Fact

Mr. Kayihura jokingly admits that it is impossible for him to hide due to his very tall stature. To those that are wondering, he is about 2.04 meters tall (or 6ft. 8 in.)![3]
