She was appointed as the General Manager at CENTR in 1999.[1]
She attended the RIPE 33, where she gave presentations on CENTR and ICANN/DNSO.[2] Ms. Howard represented the Constituency Group for Country Code Top-level Domains (ccTLD) at ICANN Cairo.[3]
She chaired the Meeting to form ccTLD Constituency of the DNSO in 1999.[4]
