Prior to joining Dominion, he worked as Technical Engineering Manager/Technical Lead with [[Verisign]] for 8 years and managed multiple teams and programs implementing new [[Generic top-level domain|gTLD]]s, [[IDN]]s, [[Domain Name System|DNS]], [[DNSSEC]] and [[Rights Protection Mechanism]]s ([[Trademark Clearinghouse|TMCH]], [[Sunrise Period|sunrise]], claims) etc. He also worked with Hughes Network Systems on Satellite Communications and Telematics divisions and also with Nokia on Wireless, 3G, Telecom operations and development. He is also a certified PMP from PMI.org. He also provided technical training to team members, developed knowledge base technical support documentation, and managed DNS services. He was the team expert on Internationalized Domain Names and Shared Registration Systems. He is an active member of [[Registries Stakeholder Group|Registry stakeholder Group]] (RySG) of [[Generic Names Supporting Organization|GNSO]] and participates in providing feedback on several policy drafts from [[PDP]] WG.
