Giovanna (Gio) Butteri is LACNIC's Membership Services Analyst and had worked for the organization since 2013. She was born in Brazil and has been living in Uruguay since 2011.

She has a Social Communication Degree in ESPM University, Rio de Janeiro (Brazil) and a Postgraduate Degree in Information Systems and Management of IT Companies in UDELAR University, Montevideo (Uruguay).
Gio is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, and conversationally fluent in English.
