Hamida Benlemlih is the Directeur Certification et Gestion du Domaine ".ma" at Agence Nationale de Réglementation des Télécommunications (ANRT), whee she has helped establish two missions of the organization, related to its regulatory framework, procedures, staff, international coordination of domain names, and more.[1]
She has been to over six ICANN Meetings and was an attendee at the ICANN Marrakesh, 2006,[2] as well as ICANN 55 in Marrakech![3] She has also attended IGF and WSIS.[3]
