During 2016, ICANNWiki partnered with East African stakeholders to develop a series of learning workshops. These workshops guided participants through the wiki and its mission as well as hands-on skills to participate in the development of the site. We are greatly encouraged by the results of these workshops and wish to develop a resource that will guide facilitators during, before and after workshops to come.

Considerations Before Starting

  • Purpose ond scope f workshop (translation, education, networking)
  • Participant selection process (anyone can join, or selective enrollment)
  • Time frame of event
  • Frequency of event(s)
  • Potential sponsors
  • Location scouting for event
  • Budget
