::::Your "argument" is still misleading. It is still not relevant to my question. You mix up two different facts.
* The URL is not the URL of ICANWiki but of an external "service" that - in this case - is used to track the emails.
* The URL that is actually used, is not displayed in the mail text. Another URL which '''should''' be used, is displayed (in this case the URL that is eventually used after the tracking-"service" has collected the data which are potentially used to breach the users privacy). It is this element, the second one, that is a deception. This deception '''is''' a SCAM technique.
