- GAC Meeting: New gTLD Discussion held on 5 December
- In this session the GAC examined the progress on new gTLD implementation to identify remaining issues to be addressed.[2]

- Planning High-Level Meeting for Governments During ICANN San Francisco held on 5 December
- This was a preparatory meeting for the meeting where senior representative from Governments discussed long term strategic issues regarding the development of DNS, held at ICANN 41.[3]
- New gTLD Program Status held on 6 December, led by Kurt Pritz
- In this session, the members of New gTLD team presented highlights from the newly posted applicant guidebook.[4]
