Originally, [[Stuart Lawley]], president of ICM Registry was the chairman of IFFOR Board however due to continuous criticisms from the internet community regarding conflict of interests, he relinquished his position as chairman of the board. Clyde Beattie, former Manager of the [[Canadian Internet Registration Authority|CIRA]] for [[.ca]] replaced him.
