Iro Adamou works at NIC Niger,[1] where he is the Lawyer Manager for Niger's High Commission on ICT.[2] He is a member of the National Regulation Counsel, and has been working with the Post, Transport, and Telecommunication ministry since about 2000.[3]
He is expert, specialized jurist in Law and Management of the Information.[4] He is a member of ISOC's Niger chapter, and takes part in regional and international ICT forums, such as the EuroAfrica Cooperation Forum on ICT Research.[5]
Education
Mr. Adamou is a graduate from the Facult?s Universitaires Notre de la Paix of Namur in Belgium and from worldwide academy of intellectual property of Geneva.[6]
