Voillequé began his career in the first dot com boom, as an editor at LookSmart, Ltd. Interest in strategic and contractual matters within the company led him to take the LSAT, and subsequently attend law school at the University of Oregon. During 12 years as an active member of the Oregon State Bar, Voillequé advised organizations, corporations, and private clients on corporate formation & governance matters. He drafted and negotiated contracts in a variety of service and sales operations contexts, with a special focus on PaaS and SaaS agreements. During his time at Immix Law Group, his practice centered on startups and entrepreneurs of all stripes.
