Jayantha Fernando is currently working as the Director & Legal Advisor at ICT Agency of Sri Lanka.[1] He represent the ICANN Governmental Advisory Committee on behalf of the Sri Lankan government.[2]
Work
He played a pivotal role in the formulation of many of the IT related legislations in Sri Lanka. Fernando has over 14 years of local and international experience in ICT law.
He is also working as a visiting lecturer at the Sri Lanka Law College and the Dept. of Computer Science and Engineering of the University of Moratuwa.[3]
