Joy Egerton is the Manager of Business Support at Iron Mountain, Intellectual Property Management, where she has worked since 2010. In this role she is currently responsible for managing the overall Registry onboarding process and working with the Engineering team to ensure successful onboarding of new gTLDs. Egerton holds a MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management, and has prior experience as a Business Analyst and Application Trainer.
