Julia Kahan-Czarny works for the Government of Denmark. She is the Head of Section within the Ministry of Science, Technology and Innovation.[1]
Julia is a representative of Denmark in the GAC.[2]
She completed her M.A in European Politics from Lund University ; her thesis topic was "Governing the Internet - A Process-Oriented Study of the Evolution of the Internet Governance Regime".[3]
