Khoudia Gueye SY is the Head of Network and Internet Services Division, University Cheikh Anta DIOP. She manages the DNS servers for .SN and all the campus network

She is CCAI-certified. Ms. Gueye serves as a CCNA tutor at UCAD. She is a member of the ISOC Senegal and Senegal IPv6 forum.

She was a Fellow at ICANN Nairobi.[1] She attends AfriNIC and AfNOG meetings.

Education

Ms. Gueye holds a master's degree in computer science and a master in Telecommunications and Computer Sciences (2009).

Awards and Honors

In 2011, she was chosen to recieve the Abha Ahuja Award and to attend the next RIPE 61 meeting.
