Mactar Seck is an EAO-Economic Affairs Officer at SRO-EA.[1] He is an ICT officer at ECA.

Events

Mactar's participation in almost every event related to African internet development can be observed very easily. He attended workshops related to information society in rwanda on 18-19 May, 2006 in kigali.[4] He participates in a summit of leaders interested in ICT development in Africa held in Kigali on 29-30 October 2007.[5] Mactar participated in ICANN meeting in 2008 held in Paris.[6] He took part in The Second Science with Africa Conference.[7] Recent meetings and conferences he was present in, are:
