* On [https://www.icann.org/en/blogs/details/icann-enacts-relief-for-registrants-affected-by-republic-of-turkiye-and-syrian-arab-republic-earthquakes-13-02-2023-en February 13], ICANN announced that accredited [[registrar]]s will be permitted to temporarily forbear from canceling domain registrations unable to be renewed by [[registrant]]s affected by the earthquakes in the Republic of Türkiye and Syrian Arab Republic, who are experiencing an extenuating circumstance under Section 3.7.5.1 of the 2013 Registrar Accreditation Agreement ([[RAA]]).
