Michael MWAURA is a Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and an Information Systems Security Network Architect. He has served various International and Private organizations and in Timor-Leste, Michael provided technical and policy strategies/guidance in the implementation and registration of .tl, Timor-Leste's Country Code Top Level Domain (ccTLD). He is a member of the Council of Country Code Administrators (CoCCA) and has maintained links with dot TL focal points and relevant Country Code Top Level Domain stakeholders.
He holds Master's degrees in Information Technology (USQ), PRINCE2 Practitioner, IT Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Service Operations and ISO/IEC27002 Certificates among others.
