Narine has participated in European IG forums since 2009. She has been a speaker at more than 10 international forums and conferences, organized or supported by the European Commission, Council of Europe, Internet Society and represented Armenia in a number of European organizations and networks. Narine is a voting member of Internet Governance Caucus.
== Previous Professional Experiences ==
For years Narine has been engaged in education and research projects at a local and international level.
Between 2003 and 2006 she was a coordinator in Armenia of the International Partnership Project ‘Enhancement of Journalism Education in Armenia’ funded through The Bureau of Educational and Cultural Affairs of the U.S. Department of State.
Narine worked for US-based print publications and was a USAID award winning author. She was also a USAID fellow and attended courses and conducted research in the leading media organizations in the US.
