In addition to his managerial duties, Reynolds serves as an in-house counsel and advises the company on various bodies of law, including intellectual property, corporate, and contract law. Through his tenure at Thought Convergence, Reynolds has developed a deep understanding of the unique position of domain asset holders and the critical importance of securing and protecting their rights.

As a member of the Internet Commerce Association Board of Directors, Reynolds is working to protect and promote the interests of the domain name community and seeks to influence the fledgling body of laws and regulations that govern the industry. Reynolds earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, with honors and distinction in major, from the University of California, Santa Barbara and holds a Juris Doctorate from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law.[1]
